Electricity Retained Interest Corporations Act 2015 No 6

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with
the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Electricity Retained

Interest Corporations Act 2015, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 4 November 2016 as the day on which that Act commences.
