I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with
the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Inclosed Lands, Crimes

and Law Enforcement Legislation Amendment (Interference) Act 2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 November 2016 as the day on which Schedule 3 to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence Schedule 3 to the Inclosed Lands, Crimes and Law

Enforcement Legislation Amendment (Interference) Act 2016. That Schedule contains amendments to the
Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002.
