I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Courts Legislation Amendment (Disrespectful Behaviour) Act 2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 2016 as the day on which that Act commences.
