I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum) Legislation Amendment (Harmonisation) Act 2015, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 February 2016 as the day on which that Act commences.
