I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Point to Point Transport (Taxis and Hire Vehicles) Act 2016 No 34, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 8 July 2016 as the day on which Part 10 of that Act commences.
