I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) Amendment (Review) Act 2016, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)	15 May 2016 as the day on which that Act commences, except as provided by paragraph (b), and
(b)	1 July 2016 as the day on which Schedule 1 [3], [4] and [33]–[37] to that Act commence.
