I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Mining and Petroleum Legislation Amendment (Land Access Arbitration) Act 2015, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 16 March 2016 as the day on which Schedule 2 [41] to that Act commences.

| The object of this Proclamation is to commence an amendment to the Petroleum (Onshore) Act 1991 made by the Mining and Petroleum Legislation Amendment (Land Access Arbitration) Act 2015 concerning the cancellation of petroleum titles that relate to national parks. |
