I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Residential Tenancies and Housing Legislation Amendment (Public Housing—Antisocial Behaviour) Act 2015, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 18 December 2015 as the day on which that Act commences.
