Regulatory Reform and Other Legislative Repeals Act 2015 No 48

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Regulatory Reform and Other Legislative Repeals Act 2015, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 March 2016 as the day on which section 3 (q) and (r) of and Schedule 1 to that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence provisions of the Regulatory Reform and Other Legislative Repeals Act 2015 that repeal the Valuers Act 2003 and the Valuers Regulation 2010 and that make consequential amendments.
