THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor

I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst AC, Lieutenant-Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Electricity Supply Amendment (Energy Savings Scheme) Act 2015, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 2016 as the day on which that Act commences.
