I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Protection of the Environment Operations Amendment (Enforcement of Gas and Other Petroleum Legislation) Act 2015, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 December 2015 as the day on which that Act commences.
