I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Local Government

Amendment (Councillor Misconduct and Poor Performance) Act 2015, do, by this my

Proclamation, appoint 13 November 2015 as the day on which that Act commences.
