Commencement Proclamation

under the

Public Health (Tobacco) Amendment (E-cigarettes) Act 2015 No 16

DAVID HURLEY, Governor

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Public Health (Tobacco) Amendment (E-cigarettes) Act 2015, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)	1 September 2015 as the day on which that Act commences, except as provided by paragraph (b), and
(b)	1 December 2015 as the day on which Schedule 1 [1], [5], [12], [13] and [24] to that Act commence.
