Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013 No 97

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 November 2015 as the day on which that Act commences.
