Local Government Amendment (Elections) Act 2014 No 80

DAVID HURLEY, Governor

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Local Government Amendment (Elections) Act 2014, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 6 February 2015 as the day on which that Act commences.
