I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Legislation Amendment Act 2015, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2015 as the day on which Schedule 2 to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence amendments to legislation that are consequential on the commencement of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW), the Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2014 and other associated legislation.
