I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the State Authorities Non-contributory Superannuation Amendment Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 19 December 2014 as the day on which that Act commences.
