Commencement Proclamation

under the

Work Health and Safety (Mines) Act 2013 No 54

DAVID HURLEY, Governor I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 February 2015 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
