Commencement Proclamation

under the

Passenger Transport Act 2014 No 46

DAVID HURLEY, Governor

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Passenger Transport Act 2014, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)

appoint 1 December 2014 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(i) Part 1 (other than section 7),
(ii) Part 9,
(iii) Part 10 (other than sections 173 and 179),
(iv) Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 1,
(v) Schedule 2,
(vi) clauses 1–3, 10 and 15 of Schedule 3, and

(b)

appoint 12 December 2014 as the day on which Divisions 1, 2 and 3 of Part 7 of, and clause 12 of Schedule 3 to, that Act commence.
