Commencement Proclamation

under the

Liquor Legislation Amendment (Statutory Review) Act 2014

DAVID HURLEY, Governor

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Liquor Legislation Amendment (Statutory Review) Act 2014, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)

appoint 1 December 2014 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(i) Schedule 1 [1], [2], [4]–[6], [26], [29]–[32], [36]–[40] and [68]–[73],
(ii) Schedule 2 [1]–[21] and [23]–[27],
(iii) Schedule 3.1 [1] and [3],
(iv) Schedule 3.2 [1]–[10], [12], [14], [22], [25]–[27] and [29],
(v) Schedule 3.3, and

(b)

appoint 15 December 2014 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(i) Schedule 1 [27], [34], [35], [42]–[47], [51]–[62] and [75]–[77],

(ii)

Schedule 3.1 [2] (to the extent that it inserts clause 7 of the Gaming and Liquor Administration Regulation 2008),

(iii) Schedule 3.2 [19], [30] and [31], and
(c) appoint 1 March 2015 as the day on which the remainder of that Act commences.
