Advocate for Children and Young People Act 2014 No 29

DAVID HURLEY, Governor

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Advocate for Children and Young People Act 2014, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 9 January 2015 as the day on which that Act commences.
