Commencement Proclamation
under the
Courts Legislation Amendment (Broadcasting Judgments) Act 2014 No 44
DAVID HURLEY, Governor
I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC, Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Courts Legislation Amendment (Broadcasting Judgments) Act 2014, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 27 October 2014 as the day on which Schedule 2 to that Act commences.
