Motor Dealers and Repairers Act 2013 No 107

MARIE BASHIR, Governor

I, Professor The Honourable Dame Marie Bashir AD CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Motor Dealers and Repairers Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 December 2014 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
