Commencement Proclamation

under the

Trade and Investment Cluster Governance (Amendment and Repeal) Act
2014 No 26

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Dame Marie Bashir AD CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Trade and Investment Cluster Governance (Amendment and Repeal) Act 2014, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 29 August 2014 as the day on which Part 6 of, and Schedule 3.7 to, that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence uncommenced provisions of the Trade and Investment Cluster Governance (Amendment and Repeal) Act 2014 that relate to the dissolution of the Poultry Meat Industry Committee and the Poultry Meat Industry Advisory Group.
