Commencement Proclamation
under the
Marine Pollution Act 2012 No 5
MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Dame Marie Bashir AD CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Marine Pollution Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 2014 as the day on which that Act commences.
