under the

Road Transport Amendment (Licence Disqualification on Conviction) Act
2013 No 57

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Dame Marie Bashir AD, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Road Transport Amendment (Licence Disqualification on Conviction) Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 August 2014 as the day on which that Act commences.
