Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Amendment (Family Member Victim
Impact Statement) Act 2014 No 18

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Dame Marie Bashir AD, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Amendment (Family Member Victim Impact Statement) Act 2014, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2014 as the day on which that Act commences.
