Commencement Proclamation

under the

Crimes Amendment (Provocation) Act 2014 No 13

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crimes Amendment (Provocation) Act 2014, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 13 June 2014 as the day on which that Act commences.
