Commencement Proclamation

under the

Child Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2014 No 8

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Child Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2014, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 29 October 2014 as the day on which that Act commences.
