Commencement Proclamation

under the

Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Amendment Act 2013 No 87

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, The Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Amendment Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 20 May 2014 as the day on which that Act commences.
