under the

Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Amendment
Act 2013 No 93

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Amendment Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 21 April 2014 as the day on which that Act commences.
