Act 2014 No 2

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Crimes and Other Legislation Amendment (Assault and Intoxication) Act 2014, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 31 March 2014 as the day on which Schedule 5 to that Act commences.
