Commencement Proclamation
under the
Liquor Amendment Act 2014 No 3
MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Liquor Amendment Act 2014, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 March 2014 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

| The object of this Proclamation is to commence so much of Schedule 1 [28] to the Liquor Amendment Act 2014 as inserts sections 116G and 116H (which concern long-term banning orders with respect to high risk venues in prescribed precincts) into the Liquor Act 2007. |
