under the

Game and Feral Animal Control Further Amendment Act 2012 No 104

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Game and Feral Animal Control Further Amendment Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 12 March 2014 as the day on which that Act commences.
