Commencement Proclamation

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act 2012
No 93

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 8 March 2013 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence provisions that contain a scheme that enables the consolidation and resubdivision of old “paper subdivisions”.
