Commencement Proclamation

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act 2012
No 93

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation appoint 1 March 2013 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a)	Schedule 1 [1]–[15], [26] and [27],
(b)	the uncommenced provisions of Schedule 2.
