under the

Board of Studies, Teaching and Educational Standards Act 2013 No 89

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor The Honourable Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Board of Studies, Teaching and Educational Standards Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 2014 as the day on which that Act (other than Schedule 5.1) commences.
