Commencement Proclamation

under the

Firearms Amendment (Ammunition Control) Act 2012 No 34

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Firearms Amendment (Ammunition Control) Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)	4 March 2013 as the day on which that Act commences (except as provided by paragraph (b)), and
(b)	8 April 2013 as the day on which Schedule 1 [2] and [3] to that Act commence.
