Commencement Proclamation

under the

Companion Animals Amendment Act 2013

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Companion Animals Amendment Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 18 November 2013 as the day on which that Act (other than Schedule 2 [2], [3], [6] and [13] to that Act) commences.
