Commencement Proclamation
under the
Marine Safety Act 1998 No 121
THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Marine Safety Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 8 November 2013 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act (other than those listed below) commence:
| (a) | Schedule 2 to the extent that it repeals the following: | |||

| ||||
| (b) | Schedule 3.7 [3], [5], [6], [8], [10] and [15], | |||
| (c) | clause 6 of Schedule 4. |
