Commencement Proclamation

under the

Government Sector Employment Act 2013 No 40

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 24 February 2014 as the day on which that Act (other than Schedule 6.10) commences.
