Commencement Proclamation

under the

Transport Legislation Amendment Act 2011 No 41

MARGARET BEAZLEY, Administrator I, the Honourable Justice Margaret Beazley AO, Administrator of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Transport Legislation Amendment Act 2011, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 25 October 2013 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
