Commencement Proclamation

under the

Government Sector Employment Act 2013 No 40

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 16 September 2013 as the day on which Schedule 6.10 to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence an amendment of the Transport Administration Act 1988 that transfers the employment of the heads of certain transport authorities from the Government Service to the Transport Service.
