Commencement Proclamation

under the

Crime Commission Act 2012 No 66

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crime Commission Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 2 September 2013 as the day on which so much of Schedule 5.2 [13] as inserts section 62 (4) into the Criminal Assets Recovery Act 1990 commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence a provision relating to guidelines with respect to the negotiation of the terms of agreements relating to the making of consent orders under the Criminal Assets Recovery Act 1990.
