Commencement Proclamation

under the

Local Land Services Act 2013 No 51

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Local Land Services Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 2 August 2013 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a)	sections 6 and 7 and Schedule 1,
(b)	clauses 5 and 6 of Schedule 6.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence provisions of the Local Land Services Act 2013 relating to the division of the State into regions for the purposes of the Act, interim local boards and entry into State industrial instruments or other agreements concerning certain staff.
