Commencement Proclamation

under the

State Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment (Budget
Measures) Act 2012 No 46

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of, and Schedule 7 to, the State Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment (Budget Measures) Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2013 as the day on which Schedule 7 [2] to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the remaining uncommenced provision of Schedule 7 to the State Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment (Budget Measures) Act 2012, which contains amendments to the Electricity Supply Act 1995 relating to solar bonus scheme payments.
