Local Court Amendment (Company Title Home Unit Disputes)
Act 2013 No 6

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Local Court Amendment (Company Title Home Unit Disputes) Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 July 2013 as the day on which that Act commences.
