Commencement Proclamation

under the

Boarding Houses Act 2012 No 74

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Boarding Houses Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2013 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of the Act commence. Explanatory note
