Commencement Proclamation

under the

Cancer Institute (NSW) Amendment Act 2012 No 78

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Cancer Institute (NSW) Amendment Act 2012, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)

appoint 31 March 2013 as the day on which that Act (except as provided by paragraph (b)) commences, and

(b)

appoint 1 July 2013 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(i)	Schedule 1 [1], [3], [4] and [6],
(ii)	so much of Schedule 1 [11] as inserts clauses 2 and 4 into Part 2 of Schedule 3 to the Cancer Institute (NSW) Act 2003,

(iii)	Schedule 2.1 [1],
(iv)	Schedule 2.2.
