Commencement Proclamation

under the

Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Amendment (Judicial and Other Office Holders) Act 2013 No 29

THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Amendment (Judicial and Other Office Holders) Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2013 as the day on which that Act commences.
